Repair Visit

We charge a Fixed Diagnostic Fee, where one of our expert Gas Safe Engineers will attend your property and give you a breakdown of what exactly is going on. Will then provide you with a fixed price for the repair. You are not obliged to go ahead with the repair which in that case you will only be charged the diagnostic fee.

Boiler servicing guide
It’s that time of the year, your boiler is due a service here at Knights Heating we got you covered to ensure your boiler is running safely and as efficient as possible. Saving you those unexpected repairs.
 
Standard service
 
Knights heating offers two types of levels of service. The standard service starts from £60.00. Which consists of testing the operation of hot water and heating controls, general inspection internally for any leaks, corrosion or stress. We will carry out the 26.9 gas safety checks to ensure the appliance is running safely. Condensate trap cleaned and magnetic filter service. We will also walk the entire heating system checking all radiators are operational and bleed any radiators that are required attention.
 
The Knights Special
 
This is our premium service which consists of all of the above and a full strip down of the appliance. Removal of Burner, Electrodes, Fan replace any Gasket/Seals thoroughly clean the main engine as well as the condensate trap and filter. Apart of this service we will also walk the system to ensure all radiators are working. The Knights Special starts from £120.00. This all depends on the model and manufacture of your boiler.

Landlord Checks
Knights heating will also be able to assist landlords with yearly gas safety certificates (CP12). Certificates start from £60.00 which covers 2 Appliances and the Gas Meter. Additional appliances are extra. Get in touch for more information or book your certificate with us today.
 
Boiler installations
Contact us if you are in the market for a brand-new boiler, we will be able to assist you and provide a free quote at no obligation. Our engineer will come out to your property asses your needs and suggest a few different options and be as cost effective as possible. If you do decide to have your boiler installed by us, we aim for a quick turn around and can sometimes have a new boiler installed the very next day.

All our work is carried out by Gas Safe Engineers and comply with building regs.
